Our items are brand new and pictures are of actual items. However, we are not responsible if there are slight differences from actual items due to lighting or other conditions beyond our control for photo taking.
How to order?
Email to the-shoestory@hotmail.com with item code, colour and size. We will follow up with email confirmation of availability.
Please add the-shoestory@hotmail.com your address book to prevent it from going to spam folder. You will receive a confirmation email within 48hours.
Payment
Please transfer within 24hrs upon receipt of confirmation email, otherwise priority will be given to the next interested party. We regret that buyers who ignore or fail to transfer after confirmation email has been issued will be blacklisted.
Once an order is being placed, no cancellation or changes will be allowed.

Postage
All prices stated are exclusive of postage. Please note that parcels are posted on Mon, Wed, Fri upon payment.
Shoes - $2.55/heels, $1.50/flats. We will add postage for every additional item ordered.
For normal mail , please allow 2-3 working days to receive your item
For registered mail, please allow 3-4 working days to receive your item. If you wish to receive your items by registered mail, please top up additional $2.24. We strongly encourage this option as we are not responsible for items lost through normal post option.
Please check the mailing address is correct, because we will not be responsible for lost mail due to wrong address given.
Self-Collection
Self-collection will be available once a week at one location and at a fixed specified time. Please indicate if you would like this option.

All items sold are final, no exchange or refund is allowed.
We check the condition of our items before posting, therefore we do not refund unless the wrong items are sent by us.
The conditions for above applies if:-
1) You notify us within 3 working days and mail the item back within 7 working days
2) The item must be in unused condition
3) The buyer will bear the postage to mail back the parcel and we will bear the postage for sending the new parcel out.
